Serving varieties of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, French Colombard, Ruby Cabernet, Semillon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, Mr. Cox utilized his extensive studying of French vineyards and incorporated that inspiration into his thriving wine business here in Lubbock.
