- Properly clean clean pulp and strings away from seeds (but don’t throw them out!)
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
- Toss the seeds in a bowl of melted butter (or oil) and any seasoning of your choice
- Spread seeds evening onto a baking sheet
- Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown
